Release of information
On or about 2025-04-01, I bought an item from
Tantrum Collectibles, LLC from https://tantrummerch.com/
On 2025-04-23, the items was marked as lost, and I
followed up with Tantrum via email.
On 2025-04-25, Tantrum refunded my item, and blocked
me from doing business with them, which did not allow me to leave a
review of their services.
Violating their own privacy policy, they also released my personal information,
including the full content of her emails, email address, payment
information, and full name to multiple other organizations. This has led to unwanted harassment.
Please be advised and be careful in case something goes wrong with your order as Tantrum Merch/Tantrum Collectibles does not adhere to their own privacy policy or respect your privacy whatsoever.
They have tried to block each of my reviews.
There is a negative report that has been filed on record with the BBB and this was also given to them via letter. (Better Business Bureau https://www.bbb.org/)
In addition, they have deleted their own Yelp page to try to erase any review.
Also, they will not respond via social media or email to the issue in order to try to clear up any confusion or understanding about what they have done.
Instead, they have used their own partners to try to find me using the information they leaked without my consent and anything written about them to alert them to remove it.
A cease and desist letter was issued to them as well and yet to have a response.
They clearly do not value their clients or their privacy in case of disagreement or something to go wrong.
Their refund policy is very confusing as well especially in case of lost items as through correspondence it does not match what is posted.
